A sitcom starring Alan Davies as a struggling young actor trying to cope with life in the Nineties in general, and with girlfriend-related crises in particular – and his long-suffering friends Murray and Kate trying to cope with him.

Each episode has the same format – Alan has a new girlfriend and through a bizarre set of circumstances loses her.
