Crime and convents, police and perdition come together in Robert Smith’s four-part comedy.

1: Where’s Father Jack? – Detective Inspector Cromwell and Mother Helen are brought together by murder – can they work together to solve it?
2: Icon, Or A Pocketful Of Nuns – The theft of a treasure from the convent brings Cromwell back on the scene. There’s also an unlikely confession in store.
3: Sister Brother – Detective Inspector Cromwell gives the nuns a crime prevention talk, but grows suspicious of Sister Paula.
4: Virtual Saints – Despite moving the convent into cyberspace, Mother Helen and her nuns are not safe from declining numbers. And DI Cromwell has the small matter of an old murder to solve.
