Is about the only listenable lockdown show. The atmosphere always adds something, its even managed to ruin 'The Unbelievable Truth' which doesn't seems possible.

Quote from john mack on 06/08/2020, 1:39 pmWould agree that "lockdown" shows have not been a success, I still listen and they're still funny(ish).
"Locked Together" is totally different because it was born of the situation. The advantage of the format is that it's just an overheard phone call - It's been done before but this works for the time, a bit like a topical phone call.
Anybody else got any recommendations?

Quote from mannan on 25/12/2024, 7:23 amI've really enjoyed the shows recorded during lockdown! While many of them had to adapt to new formats or smaller setups, there was something special about how they captured a more intimate, raw, and often creative atmosphere. The limitations pushed many shows to try new things, whether through virtual guest appearances, socially distanced performances, or more personal storytelling. It was fascinating to see how performers and creators found ways to stay connected with their audiences, despite the challenges. Some shows even felt more genuine or relatable because of the circumstances, making them feel like a reflection of that unique time.
