Not sure what exact trouble you're having - the files are all still on Archive here: https://archive.org/details/rss_starwars. The links from Dimsdale to the individual tracks also seem to be happy.

The link you posted is to the xml file for the RSS feed - that address should be able to be added to your podcast player as a source and should work (works from here) - just clicking on it generally downloads the plain text file without any extension, so typically your phone or computer won't automatically know what to do with it from there, which can be confusing.
